The Council of State cancels the award of the municipal swimming pool: "Yet another failure of Raggi"<\/span><\/h2>\n

The Garbatella swimming pool, managed by SS Lazio for decades, was at the center of a dispute.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe award of the Garbatella municipal swimming pool must be canceled. This was decided by the fifth section of the Council of State, to which SS Lazio Nuoto, the company that had managed the plant for decades, had addressed.\n

\n

A long-standing story<\/h2>\nThe municipal swimming pool, located between viale Giustiniano Imperatore and via della Villa di Lucina, was\u00a0one of the first municipal sports facilities\u00a0<\/a>that the Capitol with five-star traction has banned. The procedure, however, in the manner in which it was written, was immediately challenged by the Biancoceleste club. According to Lazio, Nuoto tended to reward the economic offer more than the sporting and social one. Aspects that are anything but secondary because, at Garbatella, the fortune of Lazio Nuoto was built: a reality that can exhibit Olympic, European and national titles in its showcase. And which can also boast a Paralympic section of absolute importance in the Italian field.\n\n

\n

The pool assigned to SSD Maximo<\/h2>\nThe Capitol, however, has always defended its ban<\/a>\u00a0who ended up rewarding another company,\u00a0able to give greater guarantees on an economic level<\/a>: the Maximo SSD. The result was a popular uprising and a series of appeals initiated by Lazio Nuoto, which finished second in the race. The Capitol was however adamant and, despite the ongoing legal dispute,\u00a0in front of dozens of citizens in protest<\/a>, demanded the delivery of the keys to the new dealer. He was entitled to it for the result obtained with the Capitoline call. Except, now, that award must be canceled.\n

\n

What the sentence provides<\/h2>\n"In acceptance of the appeal filed by SSD Lazio Nuoto - reads the sentence published on September 15 by the Council of State - the award provision must be canceled and the exclusion of SSD Maximo a rl (to which the plant had been assigned ed) by the tender procedure for violation of art. 5 of the tender regulations ". What that article provides is reported within the same sentence. \u201cThe entrepreneurial group to which the company (SSD Maximo) is attributable is, in fact, already owner of two concessions for municipal-owned sports facilities\u201d. And therefore, the sentence always reads "the award would lead to the acquisition of a third plant".\n

A historic victory<\/h2>\n\u201cThey have been three terrible years, which will remain in the history of our partnership. I do not remember in all these years so much unjustified fury against the biancocelesti colors. Now finally justice has put an end to this sad story \u201dcommented Massimo Moroli, the president of Lazio Nuoto. "A costly legal battle, made even more difficult by the almost obstructive attitude of Roma Capitale" commented the lawyer Daniele Sterrantino, satisfied because "our reasons have been accepted and in particular the one that highlighted the circumvention of the law desired by the same administration of not having a concentration of the capital sports facilities to the same entrepreneurial entity.
