Daniele Sterrantino

 Adjunct professor atGuglielmo Marconi University, Faculty of Education
, Master's Degree Course in Law, subject "Public and Private Partnerships” (in English), as well as former adjunct professor at the same university for the seminar course "Public Procurement Law”, he was also adjunct professor atLumsa University of Rome– Department of law, as well as collaborator at theSapienza University of Rome and theUniversity of Studies Rome Tre, as a research doctor, assigned to study and tutoring projects.

He has proven and extensive experience as a legal advisor/consultant to public administrations
and entities in general, having consistently received numerous prestigious assignments in this regard over the years.

In this context, in particular, we note his collaboration from 2001 to 2008, and again from 2017 to 2019, with the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, where he was repeatedly appointed appointed legal advisor/consultant to Ministers, Deputy Ministers, and Undersecretaries of State in office, also assuming from 2001 to 2006"Head of Legal Affairs of the Technical Mission Structure” for the so-called "Legge Obiettivo", of which he was one of the main drafters.

He is also frequently appointed as an external expert, pursuant to Article 6 of Presidential Decree No. 204/2006, by the Higher Council of Public Works.

He has also served as legal advisor to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – Department for Community Policies.

He is the author of numerous monographs and publications on administrative law and public contracts (most recently, “Codice dei contratti Pubblici– D.Lgs. n. 36/2023" [Code of Public Contracts– Legislative Decree No. 36/2023]- Edizioni La Tribuna;“Direttore Lavori e dell'esecuzione” (Project Manager and Execution)- Edizioni DEI- Tipografia del Genio Civile;“Commentario sul Codice dell'appalto pubblico” (Commentary on the Public Procurement Code)- Giuffrè Editore), as well as a member of the scientific committee of the monthly magazine“L'Ufficio Tecnico”, Maggioli Editore, for which he was the long-time editor of the section dedicated to public contracts
